How you talk to yourself is vital to your self worth and happiness. Is your self-talk a stream of blame, complaints and doubts? A mindless repetition of old things?
What you say to yourself, not only has an impact on your attitude and achievements but it also eventually comes out of your mouth! So you may as well as make your self-talk positive.
